Suzie began making pies more than twenty years ago. At that time she lived in the remote Canadian wilderness where she sold her pies at a local general store. Soon the 'cottagers' that traveled from the city were coming into the store just to purchase Suzie's baked goods.

    In the early 1990's Suzie returned to Northern Michigan and continued her passion of pie baking. Her pie kitchen is now located at 8486 M-119 in the Harbor Plaza near the Harbor Springs Airport. Pies may be purchased at this location or at the Harbor Springs IGA, Toski Sands Market, or Primitive Images Tearoom (in Good Hart).
